On Site Technology Support

I come out and fix the issue. This includes things troubleshooting hardware, upgrading your network and items that affects your Internet connection. I spend time talking with you before I start to ensure we're on the same page.
Online Support

I've offered remote support services since 2006. This is useful in fixing problems with software, printing and email. We will talk by phone as I sign on to your computer for a single, secure session. Once we disconnect, I no longer have access.
Support for Windows and Macintosh (Mac) OSX. No special software is needed and it takes less than 1 minute to get connected. It's similar to the technology used by WebEx but designed for technical support.
Off site Technology Support
This applies to hardware problems that take time to fix. Rather than sit on the clock at your office, I take the work off-site.

- reinstall of the operating system
- setup of new hardware
- removing spyware
I provide a receipt for the hardware I take off site and transport it in my insured vehicle. I have not had a traffic ticket in 5 years so be assured your hardware is in good hands during transport. My office is insured and secure.
